Size for Matt

I just looked at Matthew's church shirt and it is a 6/7 and it "fits". ;> I like big because it is one less thing to worry about for a while.

Scouting Shirt???

I was going to just email this, but just incase people are reading the blog from where ever that wouldn't of gotten my email....

Matthew is in need of a blue cub scout shirt. We simply can't afford it and our thrift stores here in CO are not that great. SO, if you know of someone that is just happening to get rid of one...that would be great. :>
What size??? Ummm, he is an 8 year old boy. ;> AND he will wear it big if need be.

Ky is 2 going 16 today!!!

Today is my beautiful baby girls birthday!! She is with her dad tonight so we will have her party tomorrow night. So more pictures to come. I can't believe she is only 2. I feel like we've been carrying on conversations and shopping for years now. I'm so thankful to have her in my life. It wouldn't be complete without her.

McKenzies turn to be patient with grandmas camera as she took a picture of the white mountain goat. You can see it on the rock about mid picture.

Jamie Lynn with the white pelican in the background and McKenzie. Hmmm... is McKenzie trying to get out of the way of grandmas camera?? teehee

I couldn't resist taking this picture of the sign (which was meant for the bears) and combine it with this unruly bunch of CO Gibson kids! haha! They were actually perfectly behaved and what fun grandpa and grandma had with them! thanks for inviting us guys! (I have some fun videos I'll try to post later.)

Bison are pretty cool animals. Unless they are charging you I suppose.

Here's very patient Mikaela again! lol "Mikaela, please stand right here while I get a picture of that animal" and she willingly complied with the weird grandma with the camera! If you look closely there's an interesting bird by bush to the right of Mikeala (left if you are turned the same way Mikaela is!)

The kids trying out their drumming skills!

These gorillas were so fun to watch! In a way I felt so sorry for them. At one point this guy (or girl?) was sitting up close to the glass staring at all of the people in the same way we were staring at him! (her?)

I thought this was so cute of Jamie Lynn with the bobcat on the other side of the window looking at her. Ü

I like to take pictures of the interesting animals but I need to have people in the picture too. It helps me with perspective and also helps me remember when, where, who and why later on! haha In the background of Mikaela there are some cool giraffes.

Here we are learning about camels and the two different kinds. Question? Do camels store water in their humps? We learned that no! they do not. Ok, CO Gibsons, I can't remember the two types of camels!

Lazy lions and a warm day in Denver

About the very center of the picture there is a very lazy lion on his back with feet in the air!

You almost can't see her but there is another lazy lion all stretched out on the grass in the shade next to the small but long log.

This is the same lion as in the first picture but he has turned over onto his side.

September 3, 2009 Denver Zoo

We arrived to Westminster CO just in time to go with Nicole and company to the Denver Zoo for their school outing. This is the first stop for picture taking. From the left is Jamie Lynn, grandpa, James, Mikaela, Matthew, Nicole and McKenzie. (Grandma taking the picture)
