Adam is doing much better than yesterday morning. We got down our nebulizer and have been giving him breathing treatments, having him take nice warm showers, and confining him to his room all day. For those of you who know him, this not an easy task. He loves to talk to everyone and play with his brothers. It's hard to keep telling him to get back in his room. The funny thing is is that with all that is going on with him: fever, pneumonia, coughing, he makes sure to give me an update on the injection site from his shots. That's the only thing he notices is wrong. He wants me to call everyone he knows to tell them that he had to get shots. me:"hey adam, grandpa called to see how you were", adam: "did you tell him I got shots?" "two of them?" me:"yes, I did" adam: "good". It is so funny what adults think is important compared to kids. Here is a picture of him with his whole layout of books, markers, and his breathing treatments. The winnie the pooh and tigger poster is a 'get well' card that Ian and I colored for him when he went to the hospital.
